Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for inaccuracies in the shipping addresses provided. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct, in the case a delivery fails due to an incorrect address you may be liable for the lost item/s.
Once an order has been shipped and is out of our possession, we are unable to process a cancellation as it is already in transit or with the carrier. If the order has not yet been shipped, a cancellation request can be processed.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or for any SMS notification that may have been sent to you. When an email is not provided at the time of order, our system sends SMS notification instead.
If your purchase includes a free digital download, you will receive your digital download link immediately after purchase via email.
