Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To initiate a refund you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund/return your item must be:
- Damaged
- Incorrect or missing item
- Has not arrived after an extended period
After a request has been submitted. If you have a valid reason for a refund. We may ask for photo proof and organise a return if necessary. We may also ask for other forms of proof. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not accept refunds or returns due to a change of mind.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or for any SMS notification that may have been sent to you. When an email is not provided at the time of order, our system sends an SMS notification instead.
Once an order has been shipped and is out of our possession, we are unable to process a cancellation as it is already in transit or with the carrier. If the order has not yet been shipped, a cancellation request can be processed.
**Please note that some orders with multiple items will ship separately due to shipment from different warehouses, you may receive your order in separate deliveries and dates.
The shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. During busier periods orders may take slightly longer to arrive. Refunds will be issued if a prolonged period of time has passed without tracking updates or delivery. See more in our refund policy.
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for inaccuracies in the shipping addresses provided. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct, in the case a delivery fails due to an incorrect address you may be liable for the lost item/s.
